Eric founded Access Point Partners, a senior executive search and solutions firm, in 2010. He has over twenty years experience in senior executive recruitment handling C-level functions, Presidents/GM, Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, and board assignments for private and public companies and for European and Asian multinationals’ US operations. He has recruited for operating companies of private equity clients such as Bain Capital, Bain Ventures, JW Childs, and Apax among others.

Before entering executive search, Eric was Chief Executive Officer and Director of a privately held computer, document technology, and commercial printing firm. He began his career in headquarters executive staffing, compensation & benefits, and marketing at Ashland, Inc., a $12B diversified industrial company and parent of the Valvoline brand.
